About Vincent Overlook News
This website is the creation of Vincent Overlook resident John Zinzi. After volunteering to head a community newsletter committee in early 2018, John, with a background in technology, proposed an online version of a newsletter--an easily updatable online version--and was subsequently encouraged to take on the project. The result is this website, Vincent Overlook News (VON), which launched March 3, 2018.
Vincent Overlook News is now a totally independent entity. The VON website has no official standing in any way. It is wholly owned by VO resident John P. Zinzi who is solely responsible for the website's design and content. The VON website is not affiliated in any way with L.C. Homes, Capano Management, the Vincent Overlook Homeowners Association and its Board of Directors, FirstService Residential property management, Ryan Homes, or any other entity or contracted vendor connected with the Vincent Overlook community.
John provides, via the internet, access to VON free of any charge to the community as a whole and to its individual residents for their benefit and enjoyment. It is designed as and intended to be solely an information and social portal.
Decisions regarding the design of the website as well as any editorial position or commentary found therein are the work and intellectual property of the website owner. This applies to all content with the exception of approved posts made by individual residents to various elements of the website for which proper attribution is always made.
Any opinions expressed or commentary provided on this website by anyone other than John Zinzi or VON are those of their authors and do not necessarily represent or express the opinion of the website or its owner.
The domain name "vincentoverlooknews.com" is registered to and remains the property of the website owner. Vincent Overlook News is the ongoing product of an amateur's avocation and is not a commercial enterprise in any way.
About the Webmaster
Oh, it's that guy! John Zinzi was born and raised in the Bronx, NY. After leaving the city for college in Western New York in 1968, he spent 40 years in that area while enjoying a career in public education. John, along with his wife, Fior, retired to southern Delaware in 2008 to live near their two children and three grandchildren. In 2014 they built their current home on Lesley Lane and continue to enjoy life at Vincent Overlook in coastal Sussex County, DE.
